Ms. Ten Hoeve

I've loved making art for as long as I can remember. Being able to share that passion each day with your children is the great joy of my life.

While I began my career in the arts as a fashion designer, I quickly realized I wanted to make more of a serious and long term impact in the arts. I went back to school and began taking some child psychology classes. Before long I discovered that art education was my future. I am passionate about what I do and love to celebrate the work of my amazing students in my writing on the blog The Art of Education, my Teacher/School Facebook page (Lee Ten Hoeve), my Twitter account, and Instagram account. 

Our students are talented and imaginative beings that thrive when given opportunites to express themselves, please check out their fabulous work.
